Tim is one of Altus Group's retail valuation SMEs and lead for our Retail Best Practice Group. He has been with the company for more than 17 years, and has worked on valuation assignments for various purposes including financing, acquisition and disposition, market analysis, highest and best use, rental arbitration, and other consultative services.
Tim is the lead appraiser on a number of national retail portfolio valuation assignments for some of Canada’s largest pension funds and REIT’s and is responsible for annual valuations in excess of $10 billion.

Kruti is a retail insights SME, and the National Research Insight Manager on the Data Solutions team at Altus Group. She is responsible for developing and delivering market intelligence, leveraging Altus Group's proprietary data. Her main focus is on tracking key commercial and residential trends across Canada. Prior to joining Altus Group, Kruti was at Infrastructure Ontario (IO) in Asset Management - Capital Planning, and Portfolio Research, Analytics & Business Performance, and before that - at Oxford Properties Group as the National Retail Research Analyst.
Andrew is responsible for handling property assessment appeals and other tax related matters for some of Canada’s largest REITs, pension funds, and asset management firms. His focus is on shopping centre assessment appeals (strip plazas, power centres, community malls, and regional shopping centres) but he also has experience with variety of asset classes.
Andrew is a licensed paralegal and has been one of Altus Group's property tax experts for over 10 years. He is also a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
